Can others copy and paste your builds on their world

Um... Are players allowed to copy and paste your builds on their world or copy your ideas for your map? Because wom50020 copied a giant dragon that i made and pasted it on his world and didn't want to delete it, and there's nothing i can do. And his map is very similar to mine.... Please answer?

which map of yours is the dragon on from which he copied because its not on your home map but i have found the dragon on wom's map but its cuboided or copied so yes i agree he has copied from somewhere.

Never mind now i found your map with the dragon on and yes it seems Wom50020 had copied your dragon exactly i have removed it and banned wom for copying of other peoples work.
