Application Format *Read First*

So basically in the application include any important information, pictures of things u made, anything else u want. when u make a new topic make it your ingame username. also i want to know if u have been admin on anyother servers? and do u have experience with admin commands? also while your playing in my server goto the map sirlolzworthy1 and thats kinda what im looking for. he was made superop for that.
