Map name issues

Hello,

I was wondering if we should change /map to superop? The reason I am saying this is because, /map gives people the ability to change the welcome message on their map and other maps. So, the map blackplasma2 said welcome to someone else's map. I eventually fixed it, but I saw that /map can be used by anyone because the rank is guest.

Yea I agree with you Data, I've seen some maps with inappropriate welcome messages. It should be up to op_designer or around there.
