can i change permission for /award to admin

when i was on, the only admin on, i saw someone, which idk who, is giving a couple of ppl awards like, Like A Boss, something like that, so deridder can i change the permission

I thought award was admin? And lol I made that award (like a boss) haha, I don't even remember what it was for.. But anyways, last time I looked I think /award was for superop+ (admins)
