Admins can now have passwords

there was a new update for mcforge that allows admins to have passwords. u can do this u want. what it does, is if someone hacks ur account they wont be able to do any damage on my server. just dont make it the same as ur minecraft.net password if you choose to do it.

Der im confused because on the server it says its a 24/7 server and the password thing is for an MCForge server so... is your server really a MCForge?...im really confused untill u answer me...

its mcforge. if you dont know what 24/7 means then i dont know what to tell you....

rofl, shane 24/7 is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week... so, its always on lol

Hey Deridder, There are people on the server who/when they setpass have mispelled it and dont know how it was spelled or needs it reset and cant do it. They get kicked for guessing to much and get mad cuz they cant reset it . Also when some (dont know if all) operators go and enter their password in it say "you know have access to admin commands and features" So i tested it and they dont of course but its getting irritating! Is there a way to reset someone password?

pnly admins can set passwords. and it dont matter matter anymore i downgraded, so we dont have passwords anymore.

ya i know. After i posted it i got went back to server and it was gone. But as far as I knew everytime the password was up everyone had to have passwords... It was a big issue with everyone saying "Whats the password.. or Why do i need password.. blah blah" i dunno why but alotof people needed to set pass. Didnt understand :/ but ya its done and said with now.
