Sipsi133 over-ranking

Hey i recently checked through Sipsi133's maps since sipsi's rank is pro_builder and apart from 3 half filled maps i find arent worth pro_builder i demoted sipsi back to greatbuilder.

But can anyone tell me who ranked sipsi pro_builder because those maps sure as hell arent pro_builder level compared to the rest of the maps pro_builder have done =/

Hey, i think i remember a guy... i dont remember what his name was, but hes banned now, and he hacked sipsi to probuilder, so it doesnt matter anymore
